How we work

Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you need to change a visit, by phone or text. We hold your time for you, and we would rather find another time than lose it.

We use sterile, single-use needles, opened in front of you and discarded in a sharps container after the visit. Your acupuncturist washes their hands before each treatment.

We ask for a list of everything you take, check every herb against it, and quote each formula in writing. Read more on the herb safety page.

The clinic is on one floor with a step-free entrance. Tell us if you need a lower table, a chair, extra time or a quieter room.

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. The privacy page says what this website collects.

If you are running late, call. We shorten the visit rather than send you away, and we say so before we start.
