The pharmacy
Drawers, jars and a scale
The pharmacy is the room behind the front desk. It is an herb pharmacy, not a drugstore: it stocks no prescription medicines and sells no herbs off a shelf. It fills formulas written for the people we see.
Every herb has its own jar or drawer, and each formula is weighed by hand, packed and recorded under your name.

How the pharmacy works
One herb, one jar
Each herb is kept apart and named in the pharmacy's records, so a formula is filled from what is written on it.
Weighed by hand
Each herb in your formula is weighed at the counter and checked against the list Quang wrote.
Recorded for you
We keep a record of every formula, so a refill or a change starts from what you took before.
Ask about any herb
Ask us what an herb is, where it comes from and why it is in your formula. We answer in plain words, and we say when we don't know.
What the pharmacy does not do
The pharmacy does not fill a formula written elsewhere, and it does not sell herbs without a visit. A formula is not a promise of an outcome. Results vary, and a formula does not replace your doctor's care or your medicine.
