First visit
What to expect
A first visit takes about 75 minutes. It is mostly conversation, a first treatment, and a plan you can say yes or no to. Return visits are about 45 minutes. Your acupuncturist explains the risks and answers your questions before any needle goes in.
Wear loose clothing you can roll up, and eat something light first
Bring your list of everything you take
You can have a friend wait with you

Step 1: The front desk
We confirm your details and walk you through the written fee estimate. Nothing is charged until we agree on the plan.
